34 - Renaming IGU16R node channels from 'H' to 'P' type instruments in channel code

36 - Renaming BD3C-5 node channels from 'C' to 'D' (broadband to short-period) in channel code
37 e.g. CHZ will be DHZ. Since all of our BD3C deploys have been 250Hz, C -> D is consistent
